Institutional procedure for bilateral agreements
Those institutes/universities that may be interested in entering into a new Erasmus+ Inter-institutional agreement with the SSML Verbum shall contact our Institute, specifying:
- institution name, ID code and Erasmus Charter number;
- duration of contract in academic years;
- names and contact details of both the institutional/departmental coordinators and central administration;
- details of incoming/outgoing student mobility: subject area and code, level (first cycle degree, second cycle degree, research doctorate), numbers of students and total months;
- details of incoming/outgoing teaching mobility: subject area and code, duration of week;
- details of incoming/outgoing staff mobility;
- information about academic calendar, educational programmes, foreign language knowledge requirements, services offered to incoming students and professors.
Sometimes, a preparatory visit will be useful.
Bilateral agreements will be stipulated with other Higher Education Institutions (HEI) which share our same goals and study address. All the 34 European countries participating in the Erasmus+ Programme will be considered at the moment of the agreement. Due to the nature of our study course, our selection will follow the linguistic characteristics of the host institutions study plan.
The target groups of our mobility activities are students – from the second year of the study course – teachers, and administrative staff.
In case of traineeships, there is no need for an inter-institutional agreement between the sending HEI and the host eligible enterprise or organisation (which could be another HEI), as they will be legally bound by the individual student Training Agreement signed by the 3 parties involved and annexed to the placement agreement between the HEI and the student.
